Use of the Site
Joseph Simon Verse is provided as a public creator and author website operated by Joseph Simbulan, publishing and creating under the name Joseph Simon. Visitors may browse the site for personal, non-commercial use.
Creative Work and Ownership
Books are written by Joseph Simon. Joseph Simon Verse is the public-facing creative universe and umbrella brand, not a separate legal entity. Jai Simon is retained for archive works. Text, artwork, music, audio, site design, and other materials on this site are owned by Joseph Simbulan, publishing and creating under the name Joseph Simon, unless another rights holder is specifically credited. Materials may not be copied, redistributed, sold, or presented as someone else's work without permission.
Reader Circle
Reader Circle enrollment is not currently active. The site does not currently collect newsletter signup information through Reader Circle, and visitors should not treat Reader Circle text as an active membership, subscription, or invitation system.
External Links
The site links to external services such as Amazon. Purchases, downloads, previews, accounts, policies, and customer support on those services are handled by the external service provider.
Future Advertising or Sponsorship
The site does not currently display advertisements or sponsored placements. If advertising, sponsorship, or similar monetization is introduced later, the site policies should be reviewed and updated before activation so visitors can understand the change.
No Guarantees
The site is provided as available. While the goal is to keep public information accurate and accessible, Joseph Simon Verse does not guarantee that every page, link, media file, or external service will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
